PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
1 SAFTEY For the safety of our therapist new male clients will not be booked past 6pm. Once an established client the therapist may be willing to book these appointments later in the evening if needed.
2 ANY SEXUAL remarks, misconduct or advances will forfeit the appointment immediately and the full price for the service will be owed. We have the right to refuse service to anyone and to contact authorities if any sexual advances are made.
3 NEW clients please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled time to fill out informational forms. Please arrive on time for your visit; late arrivals will have a shortened service.
4 WAXING Clients taking any skin thinning medications, Rentin-A, Accutane or high percentages of vitamin A, or Glycolic acid may not be waxed due to skin sensitivity.
5 CANCELLATION Your time and ours is valuable; in the event you can not make your scheduled appointment time, a 24-hour notice of cancellation is requested as a courtesy. No shows/no calls will be charged the full appointment price.
6 PRICES are subject to change without notice.
7 PLEASE NO CHILDREN. To maintain a peaceful setting, children are not permitted.
8 VOICES must be kept very low while in studio. Please do not use cell phones in the studio.
9 PAYMENT is due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, & visa/MasterCard. |
